Coffee, Chocolate & Walnut Scones

A popular scone “special” in our 1897 Coffee Shop – wonderful warm with lashings of our Dales Butter. Lemon Drizzle Scones

Highly popular in our 1897 Coffee Shop – delicious served warm, with lashings of Dales Butter. Ingredients Scones 450g self-raising flour, plus more for dusting 350 g caster sugar 250g margarine 2 eggs Splash milk Juice of 2 lemons Zest of 1 lemon Icing 500g icing sugar 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice   Method 1. A popular dish in our Visitor Centre Coffee Shop – perfect as a snack, or as a light lunch/supper.
