Our range of artisan cheeses are handcrafted in many formats, shapes & sizes to suit the needs of our customers. From ‘Talls’ our signature cylindrical shape and blocks, to pre-packed cheese, to miniature waxed cheese truckles and larger half moon shaped cheese.
We supply broad range of customers including major UK retailers, wholesalers, independent retailers, delis and farm shops around the UK, as well as the manufacturing and food service sector. Our range of cheese is also exported around the world.
Corporate Orders
Through our established E-commerce business, we have the ability to service corporate orders all year round.
We have perfectly paired delicious local accompaniments such as Yorkshire chutneys, crackers, artisan oils, beer and gin with our handcrafted cheese, and lovingly packed them into luxury hampers, gift packs and cheese boxes to send as a gift to make someone’s day.

Creamery Growth and
Modernisation Project
Work will be commencing in September 2019 to aid the modernisation of the Wensleydale Creamery at Hawes to include milk standardisation, curd handling improvements, cheese smoking plant and water recycling plant.
It is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Quality Standards
Our local milk is all sourced from Red Tractor farm assured farms, and we manufacture to the highest quality standards, with both of our sites being BRC accredited.
