Fondue of Pear & Wensleydale Blue

Ingredients

Diced Pear

 25g (1oz) butter

 Diced Wensleydale Blue

 Toasted hazelnuts – crushed

Method

1. In a frying pan melt the butter and cook the pear until just soft.

2. Place the pear in the bottom of a ramekin dish and fill the dish with the diced Wensleydale Blue. 

3. Cook in the microwave on full for 1½ minutes. 

4. Top with the toasted Hazelnuts and grill until crispy.
