Join us this February Half Term at our Visitor Centre in Hawes, and enjoy the new Cheese-making Viewing Gallery in our Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience – open from Friday 17th February.

With a host of exciting facts and touch screens showing behind the scenes footage of the cheese-making process, visitors can enjoy an interactive insight into how we handcraft our Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese.

Look out for our programme of live cheese-making demonstrations too; a popular event here at The Creamery!

    How can I find out the days when cheese making will be on in April please so I can plan a visit as we have 2 children aged 5 yrs and 9 yrs who will be very interested to visit.

    My grandson is coming on 7th Aug for 2 weeks and I would like to bring him to the creamery as they love Wensleydale cheese.What would be the best day to come and hopefully to see a demonstration?
