Our popular truckle is the first limited edition release of 2022, perfect for warmer month celebrations and at-home gatherings.

We’ve re-launched our limited-edition Yorkshire Wensleydale Rhubarb, Ginger & Gin truckle, back by popular demand after its initial launch last year. Creamy, crumbly, and full of flavour, Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese has been carefully combined with stem ginger, sweet rhubarb and refreshing Masons Yorkshire Gin, to create a delicious flavour perfect to enjoy as we head into the warmer summer months.

The Yorkshire Wensleydale Rhubarb, Ginger & Gin truckle is first in a line of unique and delicious limited-edition flavours planned for 2022. It is available at £5.25 RRP for 200g and can be bought direct from our Online Deli and Visitor Centre along with independent retailers and farm shops.
