Our Export team returned to Wensleydale last week from San Francisco, after attending the annual Winter Fancy Food show; “the largest specialty food trade event on the West Coast of America and a showcase of industry innovation”. The event was a fantastic opportunity for our team to meet with our contacts and buyers in the US, and showcase our range of award-winning handcrafted cheeses, with the aim of securing further sales with American retailers.
