Michelle’s Marathon

Our Deputy Visitor Centre Manager Michelle Barnes, is undertaking a marathon challenge in aid of the Fire Fighters Charity on Sunday 24th April, when she takes part in the 35th Virgin London Marathon. Michelle is one of three members of our staff who are in the retained fire service, based at Hawes Fire Station in Wensleydale. Yorkshire is open for business!

Recent weather and severe flooding have been widely reported in the news in the last few weeks, with many homes and businesses falling victim to terrible damage. Secretary of State visits Food Pioneers, The Wensleydale Creamery
