The Wensleydale Creamery, famous for its European protected Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, will showcase its range of handcrafted cheeses as it heads to SIAL in Paris (16-20 October), the world’s largest food innovation exhibition bringing together over 7,000 companies from 100 countries around the world. The Wensleydale Creamery, the famous Yorkshire Dales cheese-maker, is celebrating after another successful year at the Great Yorkshire Cheese & Dairy Show.
