We’re launching ‘Crumble It!’ Live – a Series of Interactive Online Recipe Tutorials to Make Meals Extra Special!

We’re excited to be launching a series of fun and interactive online cookery tutorials set to make the nation’s at-home meals extra special.

Bringing Yorkshire Wensleydale inspired recipes to your home, the four-part live cookery series will launch on Wednesday 20th May at 4pm, hosted via our Facebook Live. Videos will also be available from our website one day after the LIVE date and also on our YouTube channel!

You’ll be able to create mouth-watering recipes from the comfort of you own home in just 20 minutes, joining our Advisory Chef, Ollie Bennett, in cooking the recipes while having the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about what makes them so special.

Our Crumble It! Live series will transform simple everyday dishes with creamy, crumbly Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, demonstrating its versatility, as well as showing how to whip up a show-stopping recipe in a few ch-easy steps from home. Over the four weeks, those of you who are taking part can create:

• Heritage tomato salad with Yorkshire Wensleydale mousse, Yorkshire Wensleydale pesto, honey, walnuts, and capers
• Fresh asparagus, Yorkshire chorizo and Yorkshire Wensleydale with granary toast, crème fraîche and pine nuts
• Seared scallops with marinated Yorkshire Wensleydale, sourdough croutons, black olives and red chilli
• Confit duck with Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries Pithivier, served with pickled veg and a crumble of Yorkshire Wensleydale

The recipes were designed to champion use of British produce, showcasing how Yorkshire Wensleydale can be a great replacement for international cheeses such as feta and an amazing addition to a range of dishes – especially salads as we go into the warmer months!

We’d love for you to take part and participate in the Crumble It Live series – be it in real-time or recreating the recipes later on. We’ve even created recipe cards that will accompany Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese bought from our online deli.
