Winter Fancy Food 2016
Our Export team returned to Wensleydale last week from San Francisco, after attending the annual Winter Fancy Food show; “the largest specialty food trade event on the West Coast of America and a showcase of industry innovation”.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for our team to meet with our contacts and buyers in the US, and showcase our range of award-winning handcrafted cheeses, with the aim of securing further sales with American retailers.
The US is one of our most successful export destinations, with our Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries being in huge demand. We are thankful to have such a huge following and loyal fans of our cheese in the States.

Now then,
I grew up near Whitby and am a big fan of your cheeses, and have visited Hawes several times.
I now live in USA – Houston, and wondered if there is anywhere i can get the good stuff over here?
Your website says that you do not ship outside of UK….

Hi Chris, we are stocked in stores such as Publix, Whole Foods and HEB. It’s a little difficult to say exactly which stores as we work with a distributor rather than directly with the individual retailers. Hope that helps a little?
