Yorkshire is open for business!

Recent weather and severe flooding have been widely reported in the news in the last few weeks, with many homes and businesses falling victim to terrible damage.

Whilst flooding has been widespread, much of Yorkshire is still operating as usual and businesses are accessible, open and looking forward to seeing you!

The Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre is one of those lucky businesses. The roads to Hawes are clear, with diversions in place for any roads that have been damaged or have standing water. We have ample parking and a warm, cosy environment ready to offer you a true Yorkshire welcome.

We have a restaurant serving homemade seasonal dishes, daily specials, cakes & pastries, and both hot & cold drinks; our cheese & gift shop are well stocked and full of our handcrafted cheeses (with complimentary sampling), locally sourced produce and gifts; and our Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience includes our museum, interactive experience, and the cheese-making viewing gallery offering you the opportunity to see our team of master cheese-makers in action.

Yorkshire is open for business, and we hope to welcome you soon!
