Yorkshire Black Sheep Ale Pickle

This pickle is a dark, rich, British classic, prepared with Black Sheep Riggwelter Ale. It's excellent with our rich & creamy Fountains Gold Cheddar. Created by Rosebud Preserves in Masham.

Onions, swede, carrot (in varying proportions) 47%, dates, malt vinegar (barley), tomatoes, unrefined sugar, molasses, Black Sheep Riggwelter Ale (barley) 2.5%, mustard seeds, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, sea salt, Celery Seeds, Ground Chilli.
