What a gem of a company.
Very fast delivery and their cheese tastes lovely.

We did not taste this cheese when we visited the factory, but figured that we would be bold and take a punt on it, buying one for ourselves and one as a gift. We tasted it last week and were surprised by how delicious and more-ish it was.

The only downside was that the best before date was fairly soon.
