We requested a wheel to go along side our fruit cake. Sadly we were given 3 pieces of cheese, not one which looked messy on the board and didn't work for 'cheese curting'in the same way so although lovely cheese I was disappointed in what was delivered

since visiting Hawes last year we have ordered this cheese and really enjoy it. So different from shop-bought Wensleydale. It's worth getting Yorkshire Wensleydale!

Glad I can get this delivered, no shops in my area stock it unfortunately. Lovely mild cheese with not too much ginger. I order in bulk & freeze it. Only problem is I eat too much.

The creamy and crumbly texture was missing as was any real flavour. Not like Wensleydale of old I am afraid.
